Admira Wien were one of the shining lights of early Austrian football, winning seven titles in the 1920 and 30s. In 1971 they merged with Wacker Wien, another traditional Vienna club, which had been formed in 1908. Merged with Mödling in 1997. VfB Mödling were originally founded as SVg Mödling in 1911, renamed to VfB Mödling in 1992. Mödling is just south of Vienna. The title, cup and top season information follows the history of Admira. Wacker also won a league title in 1947.
