Official Website: gboftas.org.tr Founded in 1923 as ASASSpor. They were purchased by first division club Gençlerbirliği in 2003 during a financial crisis and renamed Gençlerbirliği ASASSpor. The named was changed to Gençlerbirliği OFTAŞ after a change of sponsorship. They are effectively a reserve team for Gençlerbirliği but both will be competing in the Turkish Super League in 2007-08.
